About Houston Fit
USA Fit – Houston (aka Houston Fit) is a training program for walkers and runners designed with the goal of completing the Houston half or full marathon in mind. Our coaches are devoted to getting participants in the best shape of their life in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment. Upon joining, participants receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday morning group runs/walks, access to trained coaches and informational seminars provided at Memorial Park.
Houston Fit began 22 years ago and emphasizes a positive experience in discovering the ability that each participant has to challenge themselves with the goal of running or walking a half or whole marathon. Our goal is to educate and inspire each member through informational seminars. Safety, education and motivation are the three key elements that enable our members to reach their goal and Houston Fit provides these elements in a fun, well organized atmosphere.
